  • Chandigarh, March 1: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that now the Panchayati Raj Institutions and Municipalities across the State will be able to carry out all development works for which Rs 80 crore will be released to every constituency and there is no shortage of funds for development.
  • The Chief Minister was addressing the gathering at the newly constructed community center of village Kachhwa in Karnal today. He inaugurated the community centers of villages Pondark, Kachhwa and Dabri which are constructed at a cost of about Rs 3.52 crore.
  • He said that Haryana Government will release Rs 80 crore per year for development works to every constituency across the State. Out of the total released amount, the Panchayati Raj Institutions and Municipalities will have to plan the development works and decide which  are to be done on priority basis. 
  • The Chief Minister said that a budget will also be given by the government for the works of Education, Health, Agriculture, Public Works, and other Departments. He said that list of development works which are to be done on priority basis should be prepared and to start the work accordingly. The new development works, according to the budget, will be started from April 1, 2020. 
  • The Chief Minister said that Shiv-Dhams have been developed by the government across the state. He said that if there is any further work to be done at Shivdham, then the budget will also be arranged for it.
  • He said that there is no shortage of funds for the development works. On the demand of the people of the area, the Chief Minister announced a grant of Rs 30 lakh for the repair of the building of animal husbandry hospital of the village.
  • Chandigarh, March 1: Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal said that the contribution of Saini community in India’s independence movement and in the building of the new India post-independence has been commendable.
  •           Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal was speaking at the first state-level Maharaja Shoorsaini Jayanti function organized by Saini Samaj Sabha at the Theme Park in Kurukshetra today. Earlier, the Chief Minister inaugurated the multi-storey Mahatma Jyotiba Phule block constructed by the Samaj Sabha at a cost of Rs. 1 crore.
  •  Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the people of this community are following the great tradition of truth and non-violence.
  •  The Chief Minister while congratulating the people of the community said that fulfilling the demands of the Saini community, after meeting the criteria of Haryana Sheri Vikas Pradhikaran, he will make efforts to get Saini Samaj Sabha a plot for building hostel and library. The pending issues of the SC and BC is being completed by the government if anything is left, the remaining backlog will be completed this year, after assessing the conditions, a nursing college will be opened in public school.
  •           The Chief Minister said that Saini Samaj is a brave community. This community has great traditions of truth and non-violence and their ancestors have set high ideals of, religion, and sacrifice. A large population of this community has been associated with farming since ancient times. This community has given great valor warriors, great artists, great scholars and many sports talents to the country. The institutions run by this community in Haryana have done commendable work in the field of education as well as social service. These institutions have also worked hard to create modern and developed Haryana. Therefore, he has always had the love and respect for the community.
  •           Wishing the organizers a successful event, he said that it has always been the effort of the government that all fraternities, people of all castes should move forward and should get equal rights in the society. In this direction, the government is moving forward on the policy of development of all. They are working to ensure education, health, safety and independence for all. With this goal in mind, being the Finance Minister also, the Chief Minister had discussed the budget for two months with a wide array of people and a historic budget has been introduced to remove the problems of society.
  •           BJP state president Mr. Subhash Barala, Kurukshetra Lok Sabha constituency MP, Mr. Naib Singh Saini, former MP Mr. Kailasho Saini, program convenor and former MLA Dr. Pawan Saini and President of Saini Samaj Sabha, Kurukshetra, Mr. Gurnam Singh Saini also addressed the gathering.
  • Chandigarh, March 1: Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal said that the holy city of Dharamshetra Kurukshetra will now have another distinct identity and will also be known as a hub of art and culture after the inauguration of Kalakriti Bhawan, the new building of Haryana Kala Parishad today.  From this cultural centre, the entire world will also be familiarised with the culture of Haryana and the Haryana Kala Parishad will play an important role in popularising Haryanvi culture across the world.
  •           Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal was speaking after inaugurating the headquarters of Haryana Kala Parishad, which was shifted from Chandigarh to Kurukshetra at Kalakrit Bhawan  at Kurukshetra today.
  •           Folk dance artists of Punjab and Haryana performed at the inauguration function  and made  the event memorable. The Chief Minister visited all rooms of Kalakriti Bhawan and said that Kala Parishad has continuously  been providing a platform to the artists to exhibit their talent and popularise the  culture of the state. All four zonal level centers under Haryana Kala Parishad will also extend full support to promote art in their respective areas.
  •           Vice President, Haryana Kala Parishad Mr. Sanjay Bhasin, requested the Chief Minister for opening the Sangeet Natak Akademi branch at Kalakrit Bhawan so that the theatre artists of Haryana will also get an opportunity to showcase their talent. He also requested for its own theatre on the lines of National School of Drama.
  •  The Vice-Chairman of Haryana Kala Parishad Mr. Sanjay Bhasin presented a memento to Chief Minister Manohar Lal on this occasion.
  • Chandigarh, March 1: Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal said that it is necessary for the youth to be educated as education of the younger generation is also linked with the development of the state. He said that the youth should sharpen their skills so that they get employment in the field of their choice.
  •           The Chief Minister was addressing a gathering during the inauguration of Community Centers built at a cost of about Rs. 3.52 crore in Pundrak, Kachhwa and Dabri villages in Karnal assembly constituency today.
  •           He said that the State Government has taken several steps in this direction so that good education is imparted to children and to youth. He said that the state government is focussing its attention for generating employment opportunities for the youth and in the last 5 years, 80,000 youths have been provided employment. He said that in the next two years, more youth will be provided employment.
  •           He said that the budget of the financial year 2020-21 is the budget of the common man of the state. In this budget, along with education, health, employment, security, the welfare of every section has been taken care of. He said that before preparing the budget, pre consultation meetings were held with different segments of society be it, industrialists, farmers, traders, sportsmen, women, agricultural organizations, legislators, MLAsand MPs as well as officers of the department.
  •           The Chief Minister said that in the budget this year besides focussing on education sector, Health sector has also been given priority in the budget as the state  will increase awareness about leading a healthy lifestyle aming people. For this, the government has opened gymnasiums in the last 5 years, and more wellness centers will be set up in the coming times.
