  • Chandigarh, August 19: The State Level Committee of Town and Country Planning Department which met under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal here today approved the Nilokheri-Taraori, Barwala, Julana, and Uchana Draft Development Plan- 2041. Besides, it also approved amendment in the Final Development Plan-2031 of Assandh.
  • The Draft Development Plan of Nilokheri-Taraori has been prepared for a projected population of 2,30,000 persons by the year 2041. The proposed average residential density will be 300 persons per hectare. In the development plan, while 767.89 hectares has been kept for residential purpose, 143 hectares area has been kept for commercial purpose. Similarly, 282.72 hectares has been kept for industrial purpose, 243.38 hectares for transport and communication, 45.81 hectares for public utilities, 53 hectares for public and semi-public uses and 371.28 hectares for open spaces.
  • The Draft Development Plan of Barwala has been prepared for a projected population of 1,10,000 lakh persons by the year 2041. The average residential sector density would be 250 persons per hectare. In the Development Plan, while 558 hectares have been kept for residential purpose, 55 hectares have been kept for commercial purpose, 87 hectares for industrial purposes, 122 hectares for transport and communication, 37 hectares for public utilities, 120 hectares for public and semi public uses, and 123 hectares for open spaces.
  • The Draft Development Plan of Julana has been prepared for a projected population of 76,000 persons by the year 2041. The average residential sector density would be 250 persons per hectare. In the Draft Develop Plan, while 216 hectares have been kept reserved for residential purpose, 25 hectares have been kept for commercial purpose, 46 hectares for Industrial, 84 hectares for transport and communication, 30 hectares for public utilities, 41 hectares for public and semi-public uses, and 81 hectares for open spaces.
  • Similarly, the Draft Development Plan of Uchana has been prepared for a projected population of 93,000 persons by the year 2041. The average residential sector density would be 250 persons per hectare. In the revised Development Plan, 289 hectares have been kept reserve for residential purpose; 52 hectares have been kept for commercial purpose, 33 hectares for industrial, 125 hectares for transport and communication, 37 hectares for public utilities, 34 for public and semi-public uses and 52 for open spaces including parks and green belts.
  • The Amendment in Final Development plan of Assandh has been prepared for a projected population of 1.17 lakh persons by the year 2031. The average residential density would be 250 persons per hectare. The Ammended Development Plan-2031 has been formulated with the objective of building an additional mandi, incorporating proposed sector roads according to ground realities or satellite imagery. This Final Development Plan covers 467.16 hectares for residential purposes, 114.15 hectares for commercial purposes, 117 hectares for industrial purposes, 182.69 hectares for transportation and communication, 56 hectares for public utilities, 70 hectares for public and semi-public areas, and 171 hectares for public use and open space.
  • In the meeting, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr. Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Mr. Vijai Vardhan, Additional Chief Secretary, Forest and Wildlife Department, Mr. Alok Nigam, Additional Chief Secretary, Environment and Climate Change Department, Mrs. Dheera Khandelwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Power Department, Mr. TC Gupta, Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Mr. Anurag Rastogi, Principal Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department, Mr. Apoorva Kumar Singh, and Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Mr. K Makarand Pandurang were present among other senior officers.
     
  • Chandigarh, August 19 - Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, has accorded administrative approval for upgrading Sub-Health Centres in Kanti, Dongra Ahir, in district Narnaul and another Sub-Health Centre in Nidana Tigri in district Rothak to Primary Health Centres. With this, the Chief Minister has also given administrative approval to a proposal regarding opening of new Sub Health Centre at village Dhikara in Charkhi Dadri (Earlier Bhiwani) district.
  • While giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that approval has been given to create 27 regular posts for these upgraded Primary Health Centres and two regular posts for Sub-Health Centre in village Dhikara. Besides this, approval has also been granted to fill 10 posts of class IV on outsourcing basis for these four health centres.
  • He said that of these 27 posts, one post each of Medical Officer, Medical Officer (Female), Dental Surgeon, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) and Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) and two posts each of Staff Nurse are for three PHCs. Additionally, two regular posts for Sub-Health Centre Village Dhikara include one post each of Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) and Multipurpose Health Worker (Female).
  • He informed that the village Kanti, Dongra Ahir, Nidana Tigri Gram Panchayat has given in principle consent to provide temporary building till the construction of new permanent building for these Primary Health Centres. Beside this, Dhikara Gram Panchayat has also given consent for providing temporary building for Sub-Health Centre.
