  • Free treatment of Corona patients in the state.
  • For medical help and information related to Corona, helpline number 8558893911 for districts Panchkula and Faridabad and 1075 set up for other districts. Besides this, helpline number 108 operational for ambulance services.
  • The government has also set up helpline numbers for financial assistance. For Gurugram and Faridabad districts helpline number is 1800180622 and for rest of Haryana the helpline number is 1100.
  • An ex-gratia cover of Rs. 50 lakh for doctors, Rs. 30 lakh for nurses, Rs. 20 lakh for paramedics and Rs.10 lakh for class IV employees announced for all those working in COVID-19 Isolation Ward, ICU, Lab etc.
  • Two dialysis machines in all district hospitals and medical colleges reserved for COVID-19 patients.
  • For COVID-19 testing 14 laboratories in the state designated, including 9 Government and 5 Private.
  • All 11 government and governed aided medical colleges and 40 other medical colleges and hospitals selected specially for the COVID-19.
  • 25 percent beds reserved in Government, Government Aided and Private Medical Colleges for Corona patients.
  • An arrangement of 34,876 isolation beds for Corona patients, in 601 government and private hospitals.
  • Salary of doctors, nurses, Paramedical staff and other staff fighting the battle against Corona doubled.
  • 447 new doctors appointed as medical officers.
  • Extension given to medical and paramedical staff.
  • In all the rest houses of Tourism and Public Works Department (B&R) of the state free of cost staying arrangements of workers engaged in health services made.
  • 400 mobile dispensaries operational for general patients.
  • ‘Haryana Sahayak’ mobile application stared to get all necessary information related to COIVD-19.
  • 15 Umeed Kendra opened for tele-counseling of children and parents going through emotional and psychological problems.
  • Families with income below Rs. 1.80 lakh and having less than 5 acres of agricultural land are provided advanced medical facility under Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Under this scheme, so far, free of cost treatment of 1,11,226 patients have done, the cost of which was Rs. 146.29 crore.
  • From the upcoming academic session in postgraduate courses in medical and dental colleges a decision has been taken to implement reservation policy. E.W.S. category applicants will also get 10 percent reservation.
  • A decision has been taken to open a new ESI Dispensary in Industrial Area Karnal, Taraori (Karnal), Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Nuh, Naraingarh (Ambala), Industrial Area Rothay and Charkhi Dadri.
  • A decision to construct a building for 100-100 bedded ESI hospital in Bahadurgarh (Jhajjar) and Bawal (Rewari) respectively has been taken.
